Question about Oakley 8 "SI Assault Boots for military use?

I wear a size 13 in civie running shoes, I want to buy these shoes but seeing how I buy online I can not try them first. Someone knows how to run these boots in size? The boots I was issued are of a size 11.5 but I was told these boots run true to size. I just want to make sure before buying as I hate sending stuff back. I can tell you now, these boots are not authorized for the military to do nothing, possible small air force that could allow them, but thats debatable
