How does the design of military boots Mickey Mouse run?

I'm looking to buy a pair of boots Mickey Mouse, but do not know what size to purchase. I read that they run great, but others said they correspond to real size. Me wearing a 11-in boots normally, so do not know if I should go with the 11 or get a 10. Thank you for any help.
